Troy hails from Baltimore by way of South Carolina. He’s written two novels, one of which has the intriguing title “Chickens from Mars.”

“Writer’s Block” is a kind of self-referential story that illustrates a way of overcoming a pyschological handicap that occasionally afflicts every writer.
