Bewildering Stories welcomes...
M. L. Nichols
M. L. lives in Idaho and is pursuing an undergraduate major in English. He says his favorite authors are Cormac McCarthy, Mark Spragg, Howard Bahr, and Kent Haruf.
“Monsters” features a creature of indeterminate nature: its diet and habits are somewhat like a bear’s, but it appears to resemble Bigfoot in size and anatomy.
Be that as it may, the creature represents a noble savage whom people hunt to extinction. The motive appears to be religion, which has invented for its own purposes the self-evidently specious rationale that the creature is “evil.”
M. L. Nichols’s bio sketch can be found here.
Welcome to Bewildering Stories, M. L. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
