Ernest B. Cohen

Ernest is justly proud of his academic accomplishments. He has advanced degrees in Psychology and Electrical Engineering. He’s worked in aerospace, the petroleum industry and academia. He and his wife Elaine have formed the Sustainable Society Action Project, and he has written a novel based on his concerns about energy and the environment.

“Sysman” is based on an old and yet fruitful premise: creating a world in a computer. But in “Sysman,” mysterious software takes over and the virtual world takes on a life of its own. The computer world impinges mysteriously upon the world of those who operate the computer and choose wisely or unwisely among the cryptic options eerily similar to those in most readers’ own software.
