Steve Davis

Steve lives in Phoenix, where he “delivers pizza by night and writes science fiction by day.” He has published extensively in a wide range of newspapers, newsletters, magazines and webzines.

“Risks of Being Human” is a story of travelers marooned on a desert island. But the travelers are passengers aboard an interstellar vessel, and the “island” is an unexplored planet. When the survivors run out of food, the question is: Who eats whom? Some space aliens in the party provide a temporary solution, but they may eventually face problems of their own.
