Sushan lives with her family in Paoli, Pennsylvania. She used to be a journalist but decided she would prefer to tell stories of her own.

“The Off Switch” will intrigue readers with its world-building in a short space as well as its science-fiction premise based on neuroscience: What if natural conscience were replaced with an artificial one? What might happen if someone managed to turn it off? Would people be unable to distinguish between friend and foe, threat and opportunity? Or would they become brain-damaged psychopaths? And one hardly need ask what they would do with guns.
