Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Montaha Hidefi
Montaha is President of the Guelph chapter of the Professional Writers Association of Canada and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Color Marketing Group. She is a native of Venezuela, although her family’s origins are in Syria. Her travels and proficiency in five languages have led her to consider herself a citizen of the world. She loves traveling, photography, painting and writing. Montaha has published many technical articles as well as translations.
“The Day I Hit Sulaiman” shows readers the mistreatment and poor family relations that Montaha suffered as a child, but astute and attentive readers will see more. They will see the family’s “big picture,” which the author could know only as an adult. And with that picture comes understanding and even compassion. The result is a small masterpiece in the genre of the memoir.
Montaha Hidefi’s bio sketch can be found here.
Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Montaha. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
