Paul Revis

Paul lives in the far reaches of the suburbs north of Chicago. He is retired from a career in manufacturing and nuclear security. He says he writes very eclectic short stories, which is very much the sort of thing one finds at Bewildering Stories.

“Happy Farms” might well qualify as comic horror. The narrator has healthy skepticism about the “Happy Farms” brand name, but his inordinately persistent curiosity leads him to discover — as any prospective reader may well expect — more than he really wants to know. Perhaps the best question one might ask: How happy are the animals, fruit and vegetables?
