those two little fellows
or maybe young maidens
or an old married couple
Mr and Mrs
happy go lucky
always in trouble
always in mischief
two cute little imps
sassy but messy
in such a big hurry
or slow slow slow
hold it in
or let it go!

I Fart a Lot

I fart a lot
It’s true
Didn’t use to
Now I do

Could be advancing age
Declining health
A sign of getting old
At any rate
I used to care
I swear I did
Now I don’t

My system’s out of whack
Worn out parts in disrepair
Unhealthy diet, too much booze
I used to try and hide it
Now I just abide it

I used to do the decent thing
Not all the time
But frequently
Try to hold it in
Not let loose
But what’s the use?

It may just be a question
Of chronic indigestion
I’ve not been feeling
All that well
But there’s one benefit:
I’m jet propelled
I better tell
My gastroenterologist!
